This phenomenal cabochon ring combines a vintage gemstone artistry with the heliotropic beauty of amethyst. Traditionally, cutting "en cabochon" was applied to opaque gems, yet when a high quality transparent stone is cut and polished into a cabochon, an intense, hypnotic depth is created. 

The cabochon amethyst is surrounded by twenty-five sparkling white diamonds in a white gold mount. Filigree shoulder detailing adds to the mystical vintage feel of the piece.
