When Will My Order Ship?
Your full order will ship together once all items are ready.
If you’d prefer the in-stock items to ship ahead of any made-to-order pieces, let us know – we’re happy to accommodate. Alternatively, place a separate order for ready-to-ship and back-ordered items to avoid delays.
General Shipping Information
- Payment first, then shipping: We’ll ship your items once payment has cleared – no provisional or pending shipments.
- Made-to-order pieces take approximately 3–4 weeks to create. Once complete, we dispatch within 7 days.
- Physical addresses only: No PO Boxes, please. A signature is required on all deliveries.
- We ship using reputable couriers only – DHL internationally and Courier Guy locally.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, a second delivery fee will apply.
- Shipping happens Monday to Friday, during business hours (excluding public holidays).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take every precaution to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely, but here’s what to do just in case:
- Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues, let us know within 7 days.
- Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with unless opened by customs and sealed with their official stamp.
- If your item is damaged, contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue personally.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, notify us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
Local Shipping (South Africa)
- Cape Town: Free delivery
- Rest of SA: Flat rate of R200
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from the shipping date (or from when made-to-order items are completed).
- You’ll receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with tracking details and courier info.
- Courier partner: Courier Guy
- Please ensure your shipping address includes a contactable phone number.
International Shipping
- Flat rate: R1000
- The fee is added to your total at checkout.
- Shipping timeframe: 7–15 working days after your order is accepted or after production is complete for made-to-order pieces.
- Customs delays may occur, especially during peak periods (e.g. December holidays).
- Duties & import taxes: You may be liable for additional customs charges depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express – we do not use postal services.
