All designs, even custom ones, remain the intellectual property of Afrogem. We may reuse, adapt or showcase any design across our platforms.

3. Orders & Cancellations

All orders are priced in Rands (ZAR) and subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Made-to-order items require 3–4 weeks of production.

Items may vary from what is displayed online due to screen differences. Accurate ring sizing is essential and may incur resizing charges.

4. Gemstones & Custom Work

Natural gemstones vary in colour and clarity. Once approved, changes to the stone or design may incur additional fees.

5. Prices & Currency

Prices include VAT and are displayed in ZAR. Currency conversions are estimates only. We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice due to supplier adjustments or errors.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods include EFT and credit card. EFT details will be provided upon request.

7. Advertising & Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors in product description or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders.

8. Privacy Policy

Afrogem complies with South African privacy legislation. Your data is handled securely and will never be sold or shared inappropriately.
